How do I book a hotel through Simply Umrah?

Simply select your destination (Makkah or Madinah), enter your travel dates and number of guests, then click Search. Browse the available hotels and click "Check Availability" on your preferred hotel. This will open a WhatsApp conversation with our team who will confirm pricing and complete your booking.

Are the hotel prices shown per night or total?

All prices displayed on our website are per night per room. Final pricing will be confirmed by our team via WhatsApp based on your exact dates and room type.

How close are the hotels to Masjid Al-Haram?

We offer hotels at various distances from the Haram. Premium options like the Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower are directly adjacent. We always display the approximate distance for each hotel so you can make an informed choice.

Is my booking financially protected?

Yes. Rizq Travels Limited is fully ATOL protected (Reg No. 15483057). This means your booking is financially secure and you are protected in the unlikely event of company failure.

How long does it take to confirm a booking?

Once payment is received, you will receive a pre-booking confirmation immediately. Final confirmation from our hotel partners is sent within 48 hours. We will keep you updated throughout the process via email and WhatsApp.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Cancellation and modification policies vary by hotel. Our team will clearly explain the terms before you complete your booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Do you arrange airport transfers?

Yes, we can arrange private and shared transfers between Jeddah (JED) and King Abdulaziz International Airport, and your hotel in Makkah or Madinah. Please ask our team when making your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Bank transfers are also available for larger bookings. Full payment details will be shared by our team via WhatsApp.

Do I need a visa to perform Umrah?

Yes, a valid Umrah visa is required. We can assist with the eVisa application process. Please visit our Essentials section or ask our team for guidance.

Can I book hotels for multiple destinations?

Absolutely. Many pilgrims book hotels in both Makkah and Madinah. Our team can arrange combined itineraries covering both holy cities, along with transfers between them.
