All hotel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Simply Umrah and full payment has been received. Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change until confirmed in writing.
3. Payment
Full payment is required to secure your booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely. Prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies vary by hotel and booking type. Our team will clearly communicate the applicable terms before you confirm your booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period given.
5. ATOL Protection
Rizq Travels Limited holds an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL). Many of the travel arrangements we sell are ATOL protected. Please ask our team to confirm what protection applies to your specific booking.
6. Liability
Simply Umrah acts as an agent for hotels and accommodation providers. We are not liable for any failure in service by third party providers. However, we will use our best efforts to resolve any issues on your behalf.
